Each Player may register one (1) account only on the r8vip Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if any details change.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. r8vip strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password and advises against sharing your login details with any third party. The Company will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
3.3 Duplicate Accounts
If the Company detects that a Player has registered more than one account — regardless of the intent — the Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, void all pending bets and bonuses associated with those accounts, and freeze or confiscate any Funds held therein pending investigation.
r8vip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players must complete KYC before making their first withdrawal. The Company may also request KYC documents at any time during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to when a Player's account activity triggers an internal review.

KYC verification is typically processed within 24-48 hours of document submission. During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is successfully finalized.
5.1 Deposits
r8vip accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2-5 minutes. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified through the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). Requests made outside banking hours or on public holidays may experience delays.
5.3 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction varies by player status (verified vs. unverified) and VIP level. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are shown in your Account dashboard. Players seeking to withdraw amounts exceeding standard limits may contact VIP support.
5.4 Turnover Requirement
All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. This is an anti-money-laundering measure. For example, a deposit of Rp 500,000 requires at least Rp 500,000 in cumulative wagers (win or lose) before the balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
r8vip offers a variety of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Promotions page at the time the bonus is awarded.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x the bonus amount before winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. The exact multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement must be wagered Rp 1,500,000 (total bet volume) before withdrawal is permitted.
6.2 Game Contribution
Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-50%, and sports betting varies by odds and market type. The contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
6.3 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus
While any bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is Rp 25,000 (or currency equivalent). Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active will void the bonus and all winnings derived from it.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
r8vip employs both automated systems and manual reviews to detect bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: duplicate accounts claiming the same bonus, low-risk arbitrage betting, opposite-side betting with other accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Bonus abuse results in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, pending wagers, and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
7.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on r8vip are subject to acceptance by the Company. r8vip reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Common scenarios include: irregular betting patterns, suspected arbitrage, technical errors affecting odds, or bets placed after an event outcome is publicly known.
7.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and player VIP level. Stake limits are displayed dynamically on the betting interface. Players seeking higher limits may apply for VIP status or contact customer support.
7.3 Settlement & Results
Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. Togel results are settled based on the official draw announced by the applicable lottery authority.
7.4 Errors & Manifest Mistakes
If r8vip identifies a palpable error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event start times, or technical malfunction — the Company reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. This includes situations where odds are displayed significantly out of line with the true market due to human or technical error.
7.5 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension:

8.1 Age Restriction
r8vip enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all Funds will be forfeited without refund.
8.2 Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Account Settings page. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for 72 hours (cooling-off period). Limits can be decreased at any time and take effect immediately.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel their gaming habits are causing concern may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected] (plain text — not a link). During the exclusion period, the account will be locked and the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place any bets.

All content on the r8vip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, software code, and design elements — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from r8vip.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:
The Company's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Suspension by the Company
r8vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, abusive behavior toward staff, or any conduct that the Company determines to be harmful to the Platform or other Players.
11.2 Voluntary Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Funds (after deduction of applicable fees or pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method. Bonus funds and promotional credits are forfeited upon account closure.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules. The Company is under no obligation to provide advance notice of termination, though it will endeavor to do so where practicable. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property, liability, and governing law provisions) shall remain in full force.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed and registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

r8vip reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification, on-site banner, or pop-up alert upon next login.
Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
